Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and acephp Casino ("acephp," "we," "us," or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the acephp Casino platform available at acephp.club, including all games, services, features, and content provided therein.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the acephp platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the acephp platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on acephp Casino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person. Corporate, trust, or other non-individual entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be prohibited from participating in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of acephp Casino or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and active Philippine mobile number.

acephp Casino reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements, or where false information is provided, will be suspended or permanently closed, and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the acephp platform. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise secondary accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity conducted through your acephp account, including all wagers placed, transactions made, and communications sent. Specifically, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials, including your password and OTP codes, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify acephp Customer Support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal information on your account profile at all times.
• Ensure that all payment methods linked to your acephp account (including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank accounts) are registered in your own legal name and are not shared with third parties.

acephp Casino will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. We may, at our sole discretion, temporarily or permanently suspend an account where we have reason to believe that its security has been compromised, without prior notice to the account holder.

Deposits & Withdrawals

acephp Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at acephp's sole discretion with reasonable notice to players.

The following financial terms apply to all transactions on the acephp platform:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya; ₱500 via bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 via GCash or PayMaya; ₱1,000 via bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing: Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• KYC requirement: Full withdrawal privileges require successful completion of identity verification (KYC). Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal limits applied or withdrawals withheld pending verification.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). acephp does not currently accept foreign currency deposits.

acephp Casino reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into a player account where required under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Failure to provide such documentation within the period specified may result in account suspension and funds being held pending regulatory review.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same legal name as the verified acephp account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

acephp Casino may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback incentives, and other promotional rewards to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the terms of the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's acephp bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without recourse.
• Only one (1) active bonus may be claimed per player per promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• acephp Casino reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
• Depositing solely to claim a bonus and immediately withdrawing, without genuine gaming activity, constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.

acephp Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are advised to read the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the acephp Casino platform utilize Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers using physical equipment in licensed studios, with all outcomes independently verifiable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the acephp Casino platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any acephp game or platform feature.
• Collusion with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including use of stolen, unauthorized, or fictitious payment instruments.
• Money laundering, or using the acephp platform for any purpose related to the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, bonus restrictions, or previous account closures.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects the experience of other players.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, acephp Casino and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on any content, information, or game outcome on the acephp platform.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond acephp's reasonable control, including internet service outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

In all cases, acephp Casino's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to the acephp platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them or your use of the acephp Casino platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute not resolved through acephp's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, or the dispute resolution procedures of PAGCOR where applicable to regulated gaming matters.

Players are encouraged to first attempt resolution of any dispute by contacting acephp Customer Support via the 24/7 live chat available on the platform. acephp Casino is committed to resolving all legitimate player disputes fairly and promptly.

Amendments to These Terms

acephp Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting a prominent notice on the acephp platform for a minimum of fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, and where practicable, by sending a notification to the mobile number registered to your account.

Your continued use of the acephp platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting acephp Customer Support.
